Once you have placed your order, you should receive your order within 10-14 business days. Please allow 1-2 additional days for orders of your personalized jewelry to be created, packed and shipped.  

Expedited Shipping: 

If you choose EXPEDITED shipping, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days; we use DHL as our shipping carrier. Please allow 1-2 additional days for orders of your personalized jewelry to be created, packed and shipped. 

* We do not GUARANTEE expedited shipping to PO Boxes - only to physical addresses.

Despite our best efforts, sometimes circumstances out of our control lead to lost packages. We know it is frustrating! Before contacting us, we would recommend you contact the shipping carrier responsible for your package (USPS, or DHL), as they may be able to initiate a search for your package and locate it. Caring for Sterling Silver Jewelry

Keeping your sterling silver jewelry shiny and glistening does not take much effort. We recommend the following: 

1. Regularly clean your jewelry with a special silver cleaning cloth.

2. Shower with your jewelry on - yes, on! Soapy running water keeps the jewelry clean and prevents it from tarnishing.

3. Do not wear your jewelry in the ocean or swimming pools. Both salt water and chlorine are damaging to silver

4. When you are not wearing your jewelry, keep it in a jewelry box, a closed drawer or a small bag. It is recommended not to keep multiple items in one bag as excessive movement may cause the items to mark or damage the settings and stones.

5. Keep your jewelry away from chemical substances (including domestic cleaners, lotions and perfumes) that can damage silver.

The entire Zuman Jewelry is made from 925 Sterling Sterling. You will see the 925 stamp on each item. Some of our jewelry is also plated. Did you know: Sterling silver is nickel and lead free? Exact materials associated with each style are listed on their product detail page.
